AI interview usage is calculated in 20-minute blocks. • Interviews over 20 minutes count as extra usage and are rounded up to the next block. • This also applies to Pay-as-you-go plan, where each 20-minute block costs $7. Example: • William completes a 15-minute interview → 1 usage ($7 in PAYG) • Sophia completes a 23-minute interview → 2 usages ($14 in PAYG) • Lucas completes a 45-minute interview → 3 usages ($21 in PAYG) Note: Interview length typically depends on the number of questions you set.

You can cancel, downgrade or upgrade your plan at anytime: • Upgrades start immediately. • Downgrades & Cancellation take effect at the end of your billing cycle. • Extra usage you buy is tracked separately and billed once it reaches $50.
