Title: Senior HRIS Analyst
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid – 1-2 days in the office per week)

Travel: Occasional (5% for training or project meetings)
Salary: $80k - $108k + 10% Performance Bonus
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with experience in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group). The role will involve maintaining, configuring, and supporting HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- HRIS Administration: Support HRIS, ATS, and Performance Management Systems. Ensure system functionality and data integrity.
- System Support: Troubleshoot issues, resolve data discrepancies, and assist HR personnel with HRIS-related concerns.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create custom reports and dashboards, analyze HR data to support decision-making.
- User Support & Training: Train HR staff on system usage and create documentation and training materials.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within HRIS and suggest system enhancements.
- Project Management: Lead or assist in HRIS projects, including system upgrades and integrations.
- Compliance: Ensure HRIS compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of HRIS experience, with a preference for UKG.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS reporting tools and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with HR processes such as payroll, recruitment, and benefits.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
