Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Identify and report trends in customer issues to help improve our products and services.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and support.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other support tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
