You will be responsible for the end-to-end alignment ensuring that territory assignments, account data, and field force structures are architecturally sound and compliant.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Key Responsibilities</div><div>Strategic Architecture: Design and optimize the data flow between MDM to ensure a "Single Source of Truth."</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Align Governance: Lead the design of complex Territory Assignment Rules (TAR) and manage the integration between Roster Member data in Vault and Territory structures in Align.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Integration Leadership: Oversee the technical "Push/Pull" , ensuring data integrity during quarterly field force alignments.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Process Optimization: Lead the impact assessment for CRM releases, specifically identifying how new features in Vault or Align can improve business workflows.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and quality oversight for Junior MDM resources and cross-functional business analysts.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Required Qualifications</div><div>Experience: 10+ years in MDM or Data Governance, with at least 5 years.</div><div><br></div>
