<div><strong style="color: rgb(68, 84, 106);">Job Description:</strong></div><div><br></div><div><span style="color: rgb(68, 84, 106);"> We are seeking an experienced </span><strong style="color: rgb(68, 84, 106);">Wintel Administrator</strong><span style="color: rgb(68, 84, 106);"> with a strong background in </span><strong style="color: rgb(68, 84, 106);">Windows Server administration</strong><span style="color: rgb(68, 84, 106);">, </span><strong style="color: rgb(68, 84, 106);">AWS cloud services</strong><span style="color: rgb(68, 84, 106);">, and </span><strong style="color: rgb(68, 84, 106);">virtualization technologies</strong><span style="color: rgb(68, 84, 106);">. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting Windows server environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and security across on-premise and cloud infrastructure.</span></div><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(68, 84, 106);">Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019).</li><li>Manage and monitor infrastructure hosted on <strong>AWS</strong>, including EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.</li><li>Configure and support <strong>virtualization platforms</strong> (VMware/Hyper-V).</li><li>Perform patch management, system updates, and backup strategies.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.</li><li>Implement and maintain security policies and compliance requirements.</li><li>Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system upgrades and deployments.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(68, 84, 106);">Required Skills:</strong></div><ul><li>Strong experience in <strong>Windows Server Administration</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>AWS infrastructure services</strong>.</li><li>Proficient in <strong>VMware ESXi</strong> and/or <strong>Microsoft Hyper-V</strong>.</li><li>Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.</li><li>Experience with monitoring tools and automation scripts (PowerShell preferred).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li></ul><div><br></div>
