Position: Business Process Analyst
Term: 12 months
Compensation: $58/Hr - $60/Hr
Location: Hybrid- 3-4 days in office - Oklahoma City, OK
Work Authorization: ONLY USC or GC with permanent resident 
 
Scope: The Business Process Analyst will support, analyze and improve business processes and helping plan, execute, monitor, and complete finance-related strategic initiatives. This contract position will collaborate with initiative leads, sponsors, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables, performance measures, and desired outcomes. 
 
Education: Preferred master's degree in MBA or MHA
Certification: Lean Six Sigma, project management, change management, business analysis, or related professional training or certification is preferred.
 
Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a business analyst.
  • Experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, performance management, or organizational transformation.
  • Professional enterprise level experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, performance management, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment. Preference given to experience in state government, healthcare, finance, regulatory or similar service-related business.
  • Experience developing executive-level reports, dashboards, process maps, SOPs, or implementation documentation.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating current processes and standard operating procedures
  • Conducting gap, root cause, feasibility, and risk analyses
  • Recommending practical improvements
  • Developing project plans, milestones, dashboards, reports, process maps, and implementation documentation
  • Tracking KPIs, risks, issues, and progress
  • Supporting change readiness and adoption.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops, identify and help resolve barriers, communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences, and ensure deliverables comply with applicable federal, state, agency, and requirements.
