Job Title: Manager, Insights &amp; AnalyticsLocation: Remote (EST/CST hours preferred)Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire<h3>Compensation: $50–$52./hour </h3> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3>As the Manager, Insights &amp; Analytics, you’ll spearhead efforts to harness data, deliver impactful insights, and shape business strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Lead and Inspire: Guide a team of analysts to develop data-driven insights, reports, and dashboards that support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.</li><li>Drive Strategic Collaboration: Partner with risk management and cross-functional teams to identify priorities, uncover opportunities, and implement analytics strategies that align with organizational goals.</li><li>Innovate Reporting Solutions: Design and launch an advanced reporting portal to provide a comprehensive view of performance metrics, improving decision-making across the organization.</li><li>Shape Data Strategy: Oversee data architecture, integration, and warehousing processes to ensure seamless access to high-quality data for analysis and forecasting.</li><li>Identify Trends and Tools: Stay ahead of emerging trends and recommend cutting-edge tools and technologies to support evolving data needs.</li><li>Transform Data into Action: Connect and analyze data from multiple sources to create actionable dashboards, forecasts, and diagnostic analyses that drive financial and operational success.</li><li>Optimize Processes: Identify and implement process improvements within the risk organization to enhance efficiency, accountability, and outcomes.</li></ul><h3> </h3><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>We’re seeking a strategic leader with deep expertise in data analytics and chargeback processes. The ideal candidate brings:<ul><li>Experience:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">5+ years in data analysis, statistical modeling, or working in a data-driven environment.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">5+ years generating actionable data insights and recommendations.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">5+ years of technical expertise in data architecture and integration.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Experience training others in data analysis and reporting (highly preferred).</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Strong knowledge of chargeback processes, including familiarity with Mastercard and Visa rules and related tools (highly preferred).</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Proven management experience leading chargeback or analytics teams.</li><li>Skills:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Expertise in designing and managing data models, dashboards, and reporting systems.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">A proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on process improvement and strategic impact.</li></ul>
