Senior Backend Engineer

Join our high-impact product engineering team as we build next-generation&nbsp;B2C platforms&nbsp;for millions of users. We're looking for a&nbsp;hands-on technical leader&nbsp;with a strong foundation in&nbsp;backend architecture, scalable systems, and product-centric thinking. What you'll be doing:-Design and develop&nbsp;scalable backend systems&nbsp;using&nbsp;Java (Spring Boot).-Drive technical decisions for&nbsp;cloud architecture&nbsp;and real-time backend components on&nbsp;GCP.-Lead the development of robust data models and APIs using&nbsp;PostgreSQL&nbsp;and&nbsp;Redis.-Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams to ship features that directly impact users.-Optionally, build internal dashboards and admin tools using&nbsp;ReactJS. Must have skills:-5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend development.-Strong proficiency in&nbsp;Java,&nbsp;Spring Boot, and&nbsp;RESTful API design.-Hands-on experience with&nbsp;Google Cloud Platform (GCP).-Solid experience with&nbsp;PostgreSQL&nbsp;and&nbsp;Redis&nbsp;in production systems.-Working knowledge of&nbsp;ReactJS&nbsp;for frontend/dashboard needs.-Must have experience working in B2C company Nice to have:-Exposure to&nbsp;Python&nbsp;frameworks like&nbsp;FastAPI&nbsp;or&nbsp;Django.-Familiarity with&nbsp;event-driven systems,&nbsp;Kafka, or&nbsp;streaming architectures.-Experience with&nbsp;AI/ML features&nbsp;such as vector databases, GPT integration, RAG workflows, or chatbots.-Knowledge of observability tools like&nbsp;Prometheus,&nbsp;Grafana, or&nbsp;OTEL.-Prior experience building or scaling&nbsp;large-scale B2C applications.
