About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into user stories.
• Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements and provide guidance throughout the development process.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on product progress.
• Ensure that the product meets quality standards and user expectations.
• Continuously improve the product development process, identifying and implementing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with product management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Experience in the [Specific Industry] industry is a plus.
