This is a high-impact role where you will design and bring to life the Wealth Target Operating Model, shaping how Wealth operates across the bank and ecosystem to build a scalable, future-ready platform.
1.What you will own:
Design the end-to-end Wealth operating model across business, product, and support functions.
2.Build governance that works in reality:
Define decision rights and escalation frameworks
Establish effective governance forums and cadence.
3. Drive cross-functional alignment
Drive alignment across business, tech, risk, and operations
Ensure integration across bank and ecosystem entities
4. Lead transformation execution
Oversee delivery across transformation streams
Resolve cross-functional blockers.
5. Institutionalize the model
Transition from project mode to sustainable BAU operations.
6.Stakeholder Management:
Engage senior stakeholders and executives across the organization.
Coordinate with related strategic initiatives, including CIO setup and ecosystem integration initiatives.
Drive consensus across business and support functions.
Requirements:
Education :Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or related field. MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
Experience :12–15+ years of experience in banking, wealth management, consulting, or large-scale transformation.
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or operating model initiatives.
Strong understanding of Wealth Management business models and banking governance.
Experience managing cross-functional senior stakeholders.
Experience in organizational design and strategic program delivery.
