18-20 years’ experience in Delivery and program management. •      Experience or good understanding of Cloud/AWS applications, architecture and design patterns, front end frameworks (React, Angular, Springboot).

•      Good understanding of DevOps and cloud infrastructure.

•      Ability to communicate effectively with software engineers.

•      Successfully planned and executed enterprise projects from inception to roll out.

•      Ability to drive client workshops and facilitate conversations.

•      Liaison with CXO’s to streamline organization structure, technology, and process transformation.

•      Demonstrated experience in defining project success metrics.

•      Deep understanding of Software development lifecycle, preferably for Cloud/AWS projects

•      Hands-on experience in software methodologies like Scrum, Agile, etc

•      Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing team members in cross domain skills.

•      Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

•      Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising project teams.

 

•      Effective communication to explain complex ideas so that they are easily understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

•      Ability to work under minimal supervision, navigate ambiguous environments and quickly adapt to change.
