This role is for a highly motivated full-time Talent Acquisition and client partnership Intern to join our team in HCMC, D3. If you’re successful in the role, this role can become a full-time role once the internship is completed. The internship will last for 3-6 months, depending on the pace of learning. Internship Stipend: 6.000.000 VND, can be converted to a full time job.
Job Overview
You will be responsible for being our key strategic Account Manager to acquire new clients accounts and sourcing for their positions . And most importantly, you will contribute to the growth of the business through effective delivery.

Responsibilities
- Prospect new B2B leads from various online channels and existing databases using various media materials and communication methods
- Connect with both domestic and global tech product/service/outsourcing companies to introduce Qode and establish long-term partnerships
- Handle full lifecycle recruitment tasks for the client, including sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and managing the client expectations.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate in Human Resources/Marketing/Business/IT or any relevant field
- Interested or experienced in HR/ Business Development/ Stakeholder Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (must have)
- Great presentation skills, exception handling and escalation management
- Experience in prospecting and outreach on LinkedIn and any other social media is a plus
- Some recruitment experience is a plus
