The ideal candidate will define and drive the product roadmap for digital wealth solutions while ensuring robust fraud controls and operational risk mitigation across investment and cheque-related processes.</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(26, 26, 26);">This role requires a blend of product strategy, business analysis, regulatory understanding, and hands‑on experience in building customer-centric financial products.</span></div><div class="ql-align-center"><strong style="color: rgb(26, 26, 26);"> </strong></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(26, 26, 26);">Key Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li>Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Wealth Management digital offerings (Mutual Funds, Portfolio Services, Advisory, Insurance, etc.).</li><li>Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from discovery and requirements gathering to launch, adoption, and optimization.</li><li>Identify emerging trends in wealth products, investment platforms, and fraud management technologies.</li><li>Develop and enhance wealth management capabilities including onboarding, KYC, investment journeys, advisory tools, and customer reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design seamless investment flows aligned with regulatory norms (SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, AML guidelines).</li><li>Drive integration with custodians, exchanges, fund houses, and portfolio managers.</li><li>Build, refine, and maintain fraud prevention and detection frameworks across wealth management journeys.</li><li>Partner with Fraud Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to implement risk-based authentication, transaction monitoring, and anomaly detection features.</li><li>Oversee product requirements for cheque-related modules (cheque clearing, CTS/ICS, returns, stop payment flows, risk scoring, signature verification).</li><li>Ensure process-level controls to minimize operational, transaction, and compliance risks.</li><li>Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Data teams to deliver product features on schedule.</li><li>Translate business needs into clear BRDs/PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, fintech partners, and external platforms for integrations and co-development.</li></ul><div class="ql-align-center"><strong style="color: rgb(26, 26, 26);"> </strong></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(26, 26, 26);">Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(26, 26, 26);">Must Have</strong></div><ul><li>5–10+ years of experience in Product Management within Wealth Management / Retail Banking / Digital Banking.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, Investment Advisory, Portfolio Management, Insurance products.</li><li>Hands-on experience in Fraud Prevention, Transaction Monitoring, Risk Scoring, and Cheque Processing (CTS).</li><li>Deep understanding of regulatory guidelines (RBI, SEBI, KYC/AML).</li><li>Ability to write detailed BRDs/PRDs, process flows, and UAT scenarios.</li><li>Experience working with digital platforms, APIs, and backend systems.</li><li>Familiarity with fraud detection tools, RPA, workflow engines, and transaction control systems.</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis, dashboards, and product performance metrics.</li></ul><div><span style="color: rgb(26, 26, 26);">&nbsp;</span></div><ul><li><br></li></ul>
