Join a leading multinational BPO supporting one of the world's largest e-commerce advertising platforms. You'll manage campaign performance for a portfolio of advertiser accounts — turning data into smarter decisions that drive real business outcomes.

What you'll do
- Optimise advertising campaigns across multiple ad formats (sponsored product, brand, and display)
- Analyse campaign metrics — ROAS, CTR, conversion rates — and recommend improvements
- Spot underperforming campaigns and build action plans to turn them around
- Manage your pipeline and activities in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign strategy and execution
Note: This role focuses purely on campaign performance and analytics — you'll work with internal teams, not directly with end advertisers.
What we're looking for
- 4–6 years in sales, marketing, or digital advertising
- Experience with e-commerce or online ad platforms (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Bilingual Mandarin & English — verbal and written
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable in Excel and with performance data
- Bachelor's degree or above
