<h3>ETL QA – Technical Lead</h3><div><strong>Experience:</strong> 7 to 11 Years</div><div><strong>Job Locations:</strong> Gurgaon (1 position)</div><div><br></div><h3><strong>Job Summary:</strong></h3><div>We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented <strong>ETL QA – Technical Lead</strong> with strong experience in <strong>Big Data Testing</strong>, <strong>Hadoop ecosystem</strong>, and <strong>SQL validation</strong>. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test planning, execution, and automation in a data warehouse/ETL environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure the quality and integrity of large-scale data solutions.</div><h3><br></h3><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end testing efforts for data/ETL pipelines across big data platforms.</li><li>Design and implement test strategies for validating large datasets, transformations, and integrations.</li><li>Perform hands-on testing of Hadoop-based data platforms (HDFS, Hive, Spark, etc.).</li><li>Develop complex SQL queries for data validation and business rule testing.</li><li>Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts in Agile ceremonies.</li><li>Own test planning, test case design, defect tracking, and reporting for assigned modules.</li><li>Identify areas of automation and build reusable QA assets.</li><li>Drive QA best practices and mentor junior QA team members.</li></ul><h3><br></h3><h3><strong>Required Skills:</strong></h3><ul><li>7–11 years of experience in Software Testing, with at least 3+ years in Big Data/Hadoop testing.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in testing Hadoop components like <strong>HDFS, Hive, Spark, Sqoop, etc.</strong></li><li>Proficient in <strong>SQL</strong> (complex joins, aggregations, data validation).</li><li>Experience in <strong>ETL/Data Warehouse</strong> testing.</li><li>Familiarity with data ingestion, transformation, and validation techniques.</li></ul>
