Job Title: Sales Executive – Shipping / Logistics

Experience Required: 2–4 Years in Shipping / Freight Forwarding / Logistics

Role Objective
Responsible for developing new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for shipping and logistics services in the UAE market, with focus on ocean freight, import/export, NVOCC, and related services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and acquire new customers across UAE and GCC markets.
Promote company services including Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), NVOCC, Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, and Warehousing.
Generate leads, prepare proposals/quotes, and close business deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance business visibility.
Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of proven sales experience in Shipping / Logistics / Freight Forwarding industry (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of ocean freight, shipping documentation, Incoterms, trade lanes, and logistics processes.
Good client network in UAE market is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.
Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Logistics / Supply Chain or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
