Client:&nbsp;FL Government AgencyPosition: QA Analyst AdvancedTerm: ASAP - June 2026 with renewalPay: $55/Hr - $58/Hr&nbsp;based upon experienceWork Authorization: Must be USC or GC Holder, no C2CLocation: ON SITE: Tallahassee, FL &nbsp;Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.&nbsp;Experience:<ul><li>3-5 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance at the enterprise level and in developing and conducting test processes</li><li>3-5 years of automated testing experience with tools such as selenium webdriver is required.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of prior management experience, supervisory, or team leader experience is required.</li><li>Highly Desire:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Experience in a DevOps environment</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Experience in testing Extract, Transform, and Load jobs (including Informatica)</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Knowledge of Informatica IICS Cloud Data Integration tools and Snowflake</li></ul>&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and implement testing (e.g., regression, functional, data validation, system integration, load, or performance tests) for new and existing functionality.</li><li>Develop and execute formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications.</li><li>Involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution.</li><li>Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test status.</li><li>Collect and analyze data for software process evaluation and improvement and integrate them into business processes to address the business needs.</li><li>Document all problems and assist in their resolution.</li><li>Work closely with development teams to design testing strategies and integrate testing into the development process.</li><li>Plan, create, execute, and automate test cases, working with business analysts, customers, developers, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Document and analyze test results and recommend corrective action.</li><li>Isolate, reproduce, manage, and maintain defects and test case databases, and verify fixes.</li><li>Support user acceptance testing conducted by customers.</li><li>Understand and apply automated testing approaches such as model-based testing or record-and-replay.</li><li>Research, recommend, and implement new testing technologies and practices.</li><li>Define and champion quality and testing best practices among development teams.</li><li>Deliver quality process training to technical staff and act as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners.</li><li>Monitor, track, and report on defects.</li></ul>
