About the Role
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Amazon in Singapore, you will play a critical role in supporting the business by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise. You will partner with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process for key roles, ensuring a diverse and high-performing workforce.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of current HR trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legislation.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant software.
