About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Admin to support our finance team in managing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and is ready to engage directly with our founders to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documents.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Help with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Communicate and follow up with vendors and clients for payment inquiries and provide an updated accounts receivable report.
- Manage filing systems for financial documents.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information.
- Ensure compliance with local taxation, labor, and financial regulations.
- Coordinate with external outsourcing partners, auditors, and government authorities when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data, contracts, insurance, and payroll documentation for payroll vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum Diploma Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting or Tax or relevant experience
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a MUST
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Good understanding of basic financial principles and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in using Misa & Xero for invoicing and financial reporting is a plus

This position is ideal for someone who likes to work alone as there is no Accounting/Finance Manager or Finance team to work with. Instead, this position will work directly with the founders and help make important financial decisions.
