<h3>About the Role</h3><div>We’re seeking a seasoned&nbsp;Senior Veeva Vault Administrator&nbsp;to lead the configuration, optimization, and support of Veeva Vault modules including CTMS, eTMF, RIM, and PromoMats. This role plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency across Clinical, Regulatory, and Marketing functions. You’ll also support and enhance third-party and custom-built applications, primarily within Operations.Position </div><div><br></div><div>Title:&nbsp;Senior Veeva Vault Administrator</div><div>Location:&nbsp;Hybrid –  Tampa, FL 33602 (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)</div><div>Employment Type:&nbsp;Direct Hire</div><div>Compensation:&nbsp;$100,000–$125,000 base salary + ~10% annual bonus</div><h3><br></h3><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Administer and optimize Veeva Vault modules to meet evolving business and regulatory needs.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and recommend configuration changes.</li><li>Own Tier 1, 2, and 3 system changes from scope definition through post-production support.</li><li>Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.</li><li>Translate business processes into technical specifications across Clinical, Regulatory, and Marketing.</li><li>Plan and execute off-hours changes to ensure GxP compliance with minimal disruption.</li><li>Serve as liaison between business users, IT, and vendors to ensure system alignment.</li><li>Administer and integrate third-party/custom applications with Veeva Vault.</li><li>Maintain documentation, develop training materials, and provide ongoing user support.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field.</li><li>6+ years of hands-on Veeva administration experience, including CTMS, eTMF, RIM, and PromoMats.</li><li>Current Veeva certifications required.</li><li>Strong understanding of business processes and system configuration best practices.</li><li>Experience with third-party/custom application integration in Operations and Regulatory.</li><li>Familiarity with GxP or other regulatory frameworks (certifications a plus).</li><li>Deep knowledge of Veeva platform architecture and system integrations.</li><li>Proven experience with change management and production environment updates.</li><li>Ability to support audits and regulatory inspections through data integrity checks.</li><li>Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.</li></ul><h3><br></h3><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li><li>Matching 401(k)</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>9 Paid Holidays + 3 Floating Holidays</li><li>Flexible Spending Accounts (Medical &amp; Dependent Care)</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li><li>Paid Parental &amp; Caregiver Leave</li><li>Life and Disability Insurance</li><li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan</li></ul><div><br></div>
