You will be responsible for being our key strategic Talent Partner to acquire new clients accounts and close their jobs in your local country. So if you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for HR/HR Tech/recruitment and growth, we would love to hear from you.</div><div><br></div><div><strong style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);">Responsibilities</strong></div><div>- Responsible for client's full-life cycle partnered in our Recruitment/Headhunting Services</div><div>- Prospect new B2B leads from various online channels and existing databases using various media materials and communication methods</div><div>- Connect with both domestic and global companies to introduce Qode's Recruitment Services and establish long-term partnerships</div><div>- Be responsible for all direct sales efforts from lead generation to close and aftersales with successful job placements- Achieve quota targets in the form of contract numbers and job placements revenue by onboarding new clients, closing clients’ jobs, supporting existing clients, reactivating churned clients, etc.</div><div>- Drive the Recruitment services adoption to help clients find suitable services for their hiring needs and through that achieve their hiring targets</div><div>- Develop an intimate understanding of clients’ hiring needs and work directly to manage hiring pipeline</div><div>- Develop champions network from existing clients by acting as a liaison, handling customer concerns/issues with confidence and putting them at ease</div><div>- Ensure Customer Retention by managing hiring pipeline and placing successful candidates effectively</div><div>- Initiate plans for soft-selling, upselling, cross-selling activities for both prospects and existing clients</div><div>- Focus on operational excellence by working on the jobs to ensure the delivery of sufficient applications on timely SLA</div><div>- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure the seamless information on client’s hiring successes, risks and issues</div><div>- Manage and maintain up-to-date Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database</div><div>- Produce precise reports when requested</div><div><br></div><div><strong style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);">Requirements</strong></div><div>- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Marketing/Digital Communications/Business/IT or any relevant field</div><div>- 2-3 years as Recruitment Consultant/Account Management/Business Development for HR Tech company or Recruitment Services/Headhunting Agency company</div><div>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (must have)</div><div>- Great presentation skills, exception handling and escalation management</div><div>- Experience in prospecting and outreach on LinkedIn and any other social media</div><div>- Experience in cold calls, cold emails, CRM tools</div><div>- Experience in hiring, recruitment, talent acquisition is a plus</div><div>- Strong interpersonal skills and can-do attitude</div><div>- Data-driven in decision making and self-motivation</div><div>- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and commit to targets</div>
