- Leading the Business Development team to expand the market with partners in Mobile Apps/Games on Android & iOS platforms, ultimately achieving business cooperation between the company and its partners. Responsible for the team’s target results in terms of the quantity and quality of partnered products and the system of potential partners.

- Recruiting, training, and managing personnel in the Business Development sub-department as required.

- Searching for, connecting with, and communicating with potential partners to reach a mutual agreement for cooperation.

- Coordinating with teams such as Marketing, Product, Technical, and ASO to effectively publish and operate partnered products.

- Managing, monitoring, and allocating resources to achieve business goals.

- Analyzing the performance of current partners and proposing solutions (if necessary).

- Identifying the latest industry trends in mobile applications and initiating new ideas to promptly adapt to those changes when possible.

- Performing other business development support tasks such as creating partnership materials, brochures, and reporting systems.


- Preference is given to candidates who have directly held positions as Business Development Manager or Leader at companies with a publishing model for Mobile Apps/Games, or who have worked in equivalent roles at tech companies with similar responsibilities in seeking, connecting, and establishing partnerships with global technology partners.

- Experience working at IT companies and directly with foreigners is a plus.

- Proficient in English (mandatory in listening, speaking, reading, and writing to work directly with international partners on a daily basis).

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Good leadership and management skills.

- A strong desire to achieve breakthrough accomplishments through innovative thinking and working methods.
