Job Details<ul><li>Pay: $40–$55/hr </li><li>Work Hours: Flexible, standard business hours, 40 hours/week</li><li>Location: 90% remote, occasional onsite in Florida for meetings or collaboration</li><li>Other Details: 6-month contract with potential for renewal or extension based on performance</li><li>Benefits: Competitive hourly rate, flexible remote work, opportunity to impact county operations</li></ul>Job Duties<ul><li>Lead and support SharePoint initiatives to enhance operational efficiency</li><li>Design responsive SharePoint sites optimized for tablets, smartphones, and desktops</li><li>Administer SharePoint hubs, pages, sites, and collections using SharePoint Online</li><li>Manage document libraries, implementing taxonomies and metadata for organization</li><li>Develop custom forms and workflows using Microsoft Forms, PowerApps, or Power Automate</li></ul>Job Requirements<ul><li>Expertise in designing modern SharePoint sites with best practices</li><li>Proficiency in responsive design for multi-device compatibility</li><li>In-depth experience with SharePoint Online administration and out-of-the-box functionality</li><li>Strong skills in document library management, including taxonomies and metadata</li><li>Hands-on experience in custom form/workflow development (Microsoft Forms, PowerApps, Power Automate)</li></ul>
