About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support day-to-day People and HR initiatives across employee operations, engagement, and internal programs. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to help ensure smooth administrative processes while contributing to initiatives that enhance employee experience and company culture.
You will gain hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, internal communications, and HR operations. This internship is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and wants to develop practical experience in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

What you'll do:
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks across the People operations (documentation, scheduling, data recording, follow-ups).
- Assist in onboarding activities — preparing materials, coordinating sessions, and supporting new hires’ first-week experience.
- Help plan and execute internal engagement programs (events, wellness programs, learning sessions, etc.).
- Create internal announcements, newsletters, or content related to People initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams when needed to collect information and ensure initiatives run smoothly.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of employee data and internal documents.
- Continuously identify small improvement ideas for processes, templates, or communications.
What you'll need:
- Final-year students or fresh-graduates from any major are open to apply
- Good communication skills (Bahasa & English), comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders.
- Interest in HR / People topics (engagement, culture, learning, recruitment, etc.).
- Basic design and creative writing skills (Canva, simple copywriting, or similar).
- Experience organizing events or activities (campus, community, or volunteer work counts).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple small tasks at once.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work both independently and in a team.
- Availability to commit for at least 3–6 months
