The ideal candidate will lead solution design, governance, integrations, and delivery while closely partnering with business stakeholders to drive digital transformation and AI-led automation.</div><div><br></div><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><div>Architect scalable solutions using&nbsp;<strong>Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio</strong></div><div>Define governance models, standards, and platform best practices</div><div>Lead&nbsp;<strong>Dataverse</strong>&nbsp;data modeling and cross-system integrations (ERP/CRM/Custom Applications)</div><div>Drive automation fitment discussions and end-to-end solution design</div><div>Lead and mentor low-code development teams; ensure delivery quality</div><div>Engage business stakeholders to identify automation use cases and ROI</div><div>Promote AI-driven automation using&nbsp;<strong>Copilot Studio and AI Builder</strong></div><div><br></div><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><div>12+ years of overall application development experience</div><div>7+ years of leadership experience with&nbsp;<strong>Microsoft Power Platform</strong></div><div>Strong hands-on expertise in&nbsp;<strong>Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio</strong></div><div>Proven experience integrating with&nbsp;<strong>SharePoint, Azure services, SQL, ERP/CRM systems</strong></div><div>Strong background in&nbsp;<strong>governance, CoE models, and solution architecture</strong></div><div>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills</div><div><br></div><h3><strong>Certifications (Mandatory)</strong></h3><div><strong>PL-600</strong></div><div><strong>PL-900</strong></div><ul><li><br></li></ul>
