LOCATION & REPORT

·        Site:                Bel Vietnam - Location: Head office in Ho Chi Minh City

·        Reporting to:    Commercial Senior Finance Analyst

JOB SCOPE & CORE DELIVERABLES

Key contact point for all finance matters related to Sales & Marketing, SC departments to assist in driving the financial business performance.

PERIMETERS OF THE JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES – WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

-Execution

• Process monthly closing activities (accruals, top down for cost lines, AE freight allocation, FX result tracking, provide posting entry to accounting team, ensure spending reported correctly & adequately).
• Prepare reporting package monthly.
• Create and manage Trade Agreement on SAP.
• Working closely with the cross-functional departments (Sales, Marketing, Logistic) in order to monitor the PO/contract, invoice tracking, actual expenditures vs budget/ forecast.

Management

• Review and validate contract of trade activities & MKT activities with related to assessment on financial & operational risk.
• Manage monthly rolling forecast & annual budget in conjunction with Sales & MKT team.
• Support the budget owners by monitoring their budget vs actual, provide informative & supportive analysis to help on management’s decision making.
• Provide ad-hoc report or analysis required by management team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1.    Requirements

-       Graduated from University – specialized in Finance & Accounting.

-       Qualified certificate (ACCA/CPA/CMA) is preferred.

-       At least 1 year of experience in Finance & Accounting or 1 year in auditing.

-       English: fluent in speaking & writing.

2.    Skills

-       Comprehensiveness presentation of data.

-       Strong logical skill.

-       Proactive and self-confident with good communication skills that will be required to work with a wide range of stakeholders.

-       Ability to priorities, multi-task, meet deadlines and commitments.

-       Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

-       Be able to use reporting tools & software at a good level: overall SAP - FICO modules, Power BI, MS Office.
