Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li><strong>Lead Strategic Initiatives</strong>: Collaborate with senior leaders to manage complex, cross-functional projects, driving business transformation and aligning with organizational priorities.</li><li><strong>Innovate Dispute Solutions</strong>: Identify and implement cutting-edge approaches to chargeback and dispute processes, leveraging expertise in Mastercard and Visa rules and related tools.</li><li><strong>Drive Process Improvement</strong>: Analyze business processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and recommend actionable solutions through new systems, technologies, or methodologies.</li><li><strong>Synthesize Data for Impact</strong>: Develop and analyze key metrics to track progress on short-term and long-term strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with financial goals.</li><li><strong>Build Strategic Partnerships</strong>: Serve as a liaison across departments, fostering strong relationships to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and outcomes.</li><li><strong>Mitigate Risks</strong>: Holistically assess functional risks, proactively addressing compliance and quality concerns to ensure regulatory adherence.</li><li><strong>Influence and Communicate</strong>: Engage with executive leadership and stakeholders to deliver meaningful organizational change, using advanced presentation and communication skills.</li></ul><h3><br></h3><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><p>We’re seeking a strategic leader with a proven track record in financial disputes and organizational transformation. The ideal candidate brings:</p><ul><li><strong>Experience</strong>:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">7+ years in a financial institution or consulting role.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">5+ years of experience in chargeback or dispute resolution processes, with deep knowledge of Mastercard and Visa rules and related tools.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Demonstrated success in delivering solutions for complex financial initiatives.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Proven engagement with executive leadership to drive organizational and process change.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Experience in financial analysis, risk management, or regulatory compliance.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">History of leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.</li><li><strong>Skills</strong>:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Ability to innovate and create new approaches to traditional dispute resolution methods.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Strong project management and organizational skills to handle complex initiatives.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Exceptional communication and influencing skills to drive collaboration and results.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.</li></ul><p><br></p>
