About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our internal ERP ecosystem, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and integrated systems. You will lead enterprise-wide implementations, manage integrations with various platforms, and drive digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft technologies. This position requires strong collaboration skills, project planning and execution abilities, and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders. You will analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and train our internal user community to help us scale the system to support rapid growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive driver with a collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Dynamics 365 administration expertise in a Cloud Hosted environment.
  • Serve as a Functional Lead or Architect, providing guidance on solution design and best practices, with expertise in Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce, Order to Cash, and Accounting to Reporting.
  • Responsible for optimization, customization, and configuration of the Dynamics 365 System.
  • Expertly integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems, including CRM and MES (Tulip), leveraging APIs, web services, Power Platform, and Azure tools.
  • Lead support for the day-to-day operation of the Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Conduct regular training with new or existing employees on Dynamics 365 best practices.
  • Maintain solid knowledge of ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) and their role in extending Dynamics 365 capabilities.
  • Support the Finance department with month-end closing tasks and data reconciliation across different systems and data sources.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks such as maintaining user accounts, security profiles, running check links, reconciles, and deploying packages.
  • Coordinate activities between IT, hardware systems, data services, hosting vendor, and the user community.
  • Act as a liaison between vendors and internal or external organizations to ensure timely transition of fix and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure adherence to requirements within a Life Sciences environment.
  • Maintain compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations for electronic records and signatures.
  • Ensure continuity and efficiency by troubleshooting errors, evaluating data, and helping to maintain data integrity, including testing and analyzing data anomalies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure system scalability, security, and adherence to best practices for enterprise architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Dynamics 365 implementation experience for both Finance & Operations (F&O) AND Supply Chain Management (end-to-end).
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform and Azure Integration Services.
  • Expertise in API development, middleware integration, and data migration tools (SSIS, Kingsway Soft, and similar).
  • Experience with ERP/CRM integration and business process automation.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience migrating from Great Plains (Dynamics GP) to D365 is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience working with implementation partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

This is a direct hire position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Preferred qualifications include SQL, PowerBI/reporting, and data analysis skills, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (FI and/or SCM), Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant, Azure Fundamentals Certification, experience with SQL Server and BI tools, and Six Sigma, Transactional Lean, or similar certification.
