Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Technology Advisor with a strong foundation in SAP pre-sales and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a balanced experience in both pre-sales activities and hands-on SAP implementation. This role is essential for driving both sales and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide SAP solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, presentations, and RFP contributions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to leverage technical SAP knowledge in sales efforts.
- Participate in SAP project delivery, providing consulting and implementation support.
- Ensure effective communication between sales and project teams to align objectives.
Key Requirements
- SAP Knowledge Required
- Experience with any SAP module, including but not limited to:
- ABAP
- S/4HANA
- RISE
- GROW
Mandatory: SAP Pre-Sales Experience
- Proven experience in SAP pre-sales activities is essential.
- Familiarity with solutioning, client presentations, and RFP support.
Preferred: Blended Experience
- A balanced background in both pre-sales and delivery is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience in SAP project implementation, consulting, or project management is a plus.
- Candidates focusing exclusively on pre-sales without delivery experience may not be the best fit.
General SAP Pre-Sales is Sufficient
- While specialization is not required, a solid and relevant pre-sales experience in SAP is a must.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimal 7 years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
