CoderPush is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients on core trading and AI-driven solutions. This role plays a key part in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives
  • Analyze business processes related to Trading Systems
  • Support projects involving AI Solutions (data flows, use cases, business logic)
  • Gather, document, and manage business & functional requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories)
  • Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams
  • Collaborate with technical teams during development, testing, and delivery phases
  • Participate in UAT, clarify requirements, and support issue resolution
  • Ensure solutions align with business goals and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Must be based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City
  • Experience working closely with business teams and technical teams
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Strong experience in Vietnam stock / securities domain
  • Good understanding of core trading systems and related workflows (highly preferred)
  • Experience in banking or fintech is a strong plus
  • Familiar with AI-related projects or data-driven products is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or system integration
  • Experience working with APIs (RESTful/SOAP)
  • Ability to read and understand API documentation
  • Experience in agile/scrum environments
