Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document business requirements, create BRD, functional specifications, and user stories
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support Agile development processes
  • Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies for proposed changes
  • Support testing activities, including UAT and system integration testing
  • Perform data analysis to provide business insights and recommendations
  • Participate in bidding process
Job requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of Business Analyst experience (must have)
  • Strong business mindset & critical thinking (must have)
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) (must have)
  • Proactive and Strong in problem-solving, and communication skills (must have)
  • Experience in Scope Management & CR handling (must have)
  • Familiar with documentation format: SRS, User story, BRD,...
  • Experience in Stakeholder management
  • Experience in Scope checking & scope management
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Proficiency in business analysis techniques and documentation tools
  • Experience with Mockup tool and diagram tool: Figma, Basamiq, Drawio

Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (CSM, CSPO)
  • Stakeholder management experience across multiple organizational levels
  • Experience and knowledge of Commercial, Supplychain, Pharmacy is a plus
