Team Lead Engineering 

This is a position we are hiring for behalf of our client in the business travel industry.DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Lead to head a cross-functional product team in Ho Chi Minh City, comprising frontend, backend, mobile, QA, and DevOps engineers. You will work in a product trio with a Product Manager and Product Designer, ensuring smooth delivery and meaningful discovery. Together, you will focus on building solutions that are not only technically sound but also deeply aligned with customer needs and business outcomes.&nbsp;You’ll collaborate with stakeholders in Germany and international teams, ensuring both business impact and technical excellence.As a leader, you’ll coach your team in agile practices, modern software development, and the effective use of generative AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot). You’ll also participate hands-on in the full development lifecycle, making architectural decisions, reviewing code, and contributing to cross-team alignment on shared components and cloud-native solutions.
