Integrated Digital Marketing Specialist for India & South Asia Enterprise Marketing Programs -
In this role, you will work collaboratively across a matrixed environment to build customer
journeys that integrate our digital touchpoints to drive engagement, adoption and pipeline.
What you’ll be doing:
● Execute integrated digital marketing strategies: Support key stakeholders and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that encompass various channels such as web, email marketing, social media marketing, paid/earned media & others
● Pro-active and regular engagement with stakeholders, to keep them informed of campaign status and performance for on-going campaigns, and actively seek to participate in discussions for upcoming plans/activities
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with internal teams including campaign marketing, demand marketing, PR, account managers, IBDs, and the creative team to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing initiatives with overall
business objectives
● Create and manage social media content, implement social media strategies to grow and engage our audience across various platforms. Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online reputation.
● End to end operational excellence for campaigns owned/earned/paid - from execution to all necessary documentation in a timely manner. Assist with regional reporting, including the development, standardization, and maintenance of reporting templates, dashboards, and best-practice guidelines to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely reporting across the region
● Track and analyze campaign performance: Work with internal functions (Eg, RAT, cross
functional DMO teams), utilize various analytics tools to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to our stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
● Collaborate with agencies (both internal stakeholders and external agencies) to execute digital marketing campaigns effectively. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
● AI adoption and automation: Leverage the use of AI-powered marketing and productivity tools, increase AI adoption, automate and streamline workflows, and measurably improve efficiency and speed to market.
What we need to see:
● At least 7+ years of strong experience in integrated digital marketing, with hands-on execution across multiple channels such as paid media, social, content, email, web, and analytics
● Excellent operational and project management, including the ability to manage diverse projects and multiple priorities under aggressive timelines and expectations
● Proactive use of AI tools and technologies to accelerate and automate work, enhance marketing effectiveness, and drive innovation in customer engagement.
