Job Title: Associate Director, SAP Sales Specialist Job Description: We are currently looking to fill a full-time, permanent IT positions for our client, (a global leader in IT infrastructure services). These roles are based in Makati, Philippines, and we are looking for local IT talent only. Only candidates who are Philippine citizens will be considered for this role. As the Associate Director, SAP Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of transformational SAP services, culminating in recurring annual managed services business with new and existing customers. This role involves strategic sales planning, business development, customer relationship management, and ensuring successful customer outcomes across a specific set of accounts or coverage area.You will work closely with senior executives, customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, drive growth, and collaborate with country sales teams and consulting delivery managers. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and expand the SAP portfolio across the region. This includes planning, solutioning, and delivering customer journeys from ECC to SAP’s S/4HANA RISE offerings.</li><li>Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.</li><li>Customer Engagements: Understand customer challenges, diagnose and troubleshoot requirements to help drive and develop innovative SAP solutions, including strategy, technology, migration, and management changes based on specific customer needs and requirements. This includes experience in RFP, RFI, and proposal solutioning and writing.</li><li>Financial Acumen: Oversee the financial planning of customer proposals and ensure profitable delivery of the SAP services, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.</li><li>Service Delivery: Ensure successful service delivery of SAP service signings.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with internal country sales teams and consulting delivery managers to ensure successful client outcomes driving overall business success.</li></ul> Required Skills and Experience:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Sales Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of successful sales experience in the SAP product and services space, selling complex SAP Transformation services, with at least 4 years managing large-scale enterprise SAP projects.</li><li>Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP platform and solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, RISE, BTP, Ariba, MDG, and related technologies.</li><li>Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.</li><li>Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with an understanding of financial management, business development, and market dynamics.</li><li>Customer Focus: Exceptional customer management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.</li><li>Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell complex solutions and roadmaps to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement in the sales process.</li><li>SAP Expertise: Good understanding of the SAP product strategy and several SAP functional areas such as FI, SD, MM, PP, PS, BTP, and WM.</li></ul> Preferred Skills and Experience:<ul><li>Exposure to SAP Integrations with B2B/EDI/IDOC, Concur, Ariba, BTP, SuccessFactors, Sales Cloud, and Coupa.</li><li>Experience with multi-tier/hybrid-cloud system development for large enterprises.</li><li>Knowledge of specific industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance) and their unique SAP requirements.</li><li>Experience with SAP’s Activate Methodology.</li><li>Experience interacting with Senior and Executive Leadership.</li><li>Knowledge of the agile development process.</li></ul> Why Join Us?<ul><li>Be part of an innovative team shaping the future of SAP solutions at one of the most trusted names in IT infrastructure.</li><li>Work on impactful projects with a global leader in the industry.</li><li>Continuous opportunities for career growth and professional development.</li><li>Collaborate with external partners to co-create industry-leading solutions.</li></ul>
