Senior Scrum Master

<h3><strong>Job Summary:</strong></h3><div>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Senior Scrum Master</strong> with over <strong>10 years of Project Management experience</strong> and strong <strong>domain knowledge</strong> in [Insert relevant domain: e.g., Banking, Healthcare, Retail, etc.]. This role demands a seasoned Agile professional who can lead cross-functional teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure successful delivery of complex digital or enterprise solutions.</div><h3><br></h3><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><div>Act as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.</div><div>Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</div><div>Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain product roadmaps and manage delivery expectations.</div><div>Identify, track, and remove impediments to team progress.</div><div>Monitor project health, team performance metrics, and sprint/release burn-down charts.</div><div>Guide and mentor team members, fostering Agile maturity across the organization.</div><div>Leverage domain expertise to align project outcomes with business goals and compliance standards.</div><div>Drive process improvements using agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.</div><div>Manage dependencies and risks across multiple teams and external stakeholders.</div><div>Prepare and present regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.</div><h3><br></h3><h3><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></h3><div>10+ years of experience in <strong>Project Management</strong>, including at least <strong>5 years in a Scrum Master role</strong>.</div><div>Proven expertise in managing large-scale, cross-functional Agile projects.</div><div>Strong domain knowledge in [Insert Domain: e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, etc.].</div><div>Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or Trello.</div><div>Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (SAFe, PSM, PMI-ACP, etc.).</div><div>Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.</div><div>Ability to work with distributed, global teams.</div><div>Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.</div>
