Job Details

  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
  • Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 annually
  • Work Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

  • Support product backlog activities by helping ensure user stories, requirements, and documentation are clear and ready for development.
  • Coordinate and schedule sprint ceremonies, team meetings, reviews, and other product‑related sessions.
  • Act as a communication hub between the Product Owner, development teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and dependencies using project management tools.
  • Maintain and organize documentation, including user guides, release notes, and meeting materials.


What You’ll Bring

Required

  • Prior experience in a support role within product management, project management, communications, or an agile environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience using project or work‑management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
  • Basic understanding of product development and user‑centered design principles
