You will be responsible for being our key strategic Talent Partner to acquire new clients accounts and close their jobs in your local country. So if you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for HR/HR Tech/recruitment and growth, we would love to hear from you.</span></div><div><br></div><div><strong style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);">Responsibilities</strong></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Responsible for client's full-life cycle partnered in our Recruitment/Headhunting Services</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Prospect new B2B leads from various online channels and existing databases using various media materials and communication methods</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Connect with both domestic and global companies to introduce Qode's Recruitment Services and establish long-term partnerships</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Be responsible for all direct sales efforts from lead generation to close and aftersales with successful job placements- Achieve quota targets in the form of contract numbers and job placements revenue by onboarding new clients, closing clients’ jobs, supporting existing clients, reactivating churned clients, etc.</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Drive the Recruitment services adoption to help clients find suitable services for their hiring needs and through that achieve their hiring targets</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Develop an intimate understanding of clients’ hiring needs and work directly to manage hiring pipeline</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Develop champions network from existing clients by acting as a liaison, handling customer concerns/issues with confidence and putting them at ease</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Ensure Customer Retention by managing hiring pipeline and placing successful candidates effectively</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Initiate plans for soft-selling, upselling, cross-selling activities for both prospects and existing clients</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Focus on operational excellence by working on the jobs to ensure the delivery of sufficient applications on timely SLA</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure the seamless information on client’s hiring successes, risks and issues</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Manage and maintain up-to-date Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Produce precise reports when requested</span></div><div><br></div><div><strong style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);">Requirements</strong></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Marketing/Business/IT or any relevant field</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Experienced at least&nbsp;2 year as Recruitment Consultant/Account Management/Business Development for HR Tech company or Recruitment Services/Headhunting Agency company</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (must have)</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Great presentation skills, exception handling and escalation management</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Experience in prospecting and outreach on LinkedIn and any other social media</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Experience in cold calls, cold emails, CRM tools</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Experience in hiring, recruitment, talent acquisition is a plus</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Strong interpersonal skills and can-do attitude</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Data-driven in decision making and self-motivation</span></div><div><span style="background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and commit to targets</span></div><div><br></div>
