CX Research & Insight (Corporate Banking – MMLC)
🎯 Job Purpose
Conduct and coordinate structured customer research and industry analysis to generate actionable insights for targeted sub-sectors, enabling effective customer-centric product and service design.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
1. Research Planning & Execution
- Consult and co‑organize interview and survey activities với:
- Relationship Managers (RMs)
- Industry experts
- Corporate clients
- External research agencies
- Apply standardized, professional research methodologies to ensure data quality and consistency
- Generate actionable insights for targeted sub-sectors (MMLC)
2. Desk Research & Industry Analysis
- Support Product Owners (PO) to conduct:
- Competitor landscape analysis
- Industry trend analysis
- Translate findings into:
- Customer behavior implications
- Product/service opportunity areas
3. Research Framework & Standardization
- Develop and maintain standardized guidelines for:
- Interview design
- Survey methodology
- Stakeholder engagement
- Ensure full alignment với:
- Internal research frameworks
4. Workshop & Insight Activation
- Professionally coordinate and co-organize with:
- Product Owners (PO)
- Business Analysts (BA)
- External agencies
- Design and deliver:
- Customer insight workshops
- Co-creation sessions
- Industry events

- Experience: 4–8 năm
- Corporate banking / consulting / research (B2B)
