🎯 Job Purpose

Conduct and coordinate structured customer research and industry analysis to generate actionable insights for targeted sub-sectors, enabling effective customer-centric product and service design.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. Research Planning & Execution

  • Consult and co‑organize interview and survey activities với:
  • Relationship Managers (RMs)
  • Industry experts
  • Corporate clients
  • External research agencies
  • Apply standardized, professional research methodologies to ensure data quality and consistency
  • Generate actionable insights for targeted sub-sectors (MMLC)


2. Desk Research & Industry Analysis

  • Support Product Owners (PO) to conduct:
  • Competitor landscape analysis
  • Industry trend analysis
  • Translate findings into:
  • Customer behavior implications
  • Product/service opportunity areas


3. Research Framework & Standardization

  • Develop and maintain standardized guidelines for:
  • Interview design
  • Survey methodology
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Ensure full alignment với:
  • Internal research frameworks


4. Workshop & Insight Activation

  • Professionally coordinate and co-organize with:
  • Product Owners (PO)
  • Business Analysts (BA)
  • External agencies
  • Design and deliver:
  • Customer insight workshops
  • Co-creation sessions
  • Industry events


👤 Requirements

  • Experience: 4–8 năm
  • Corporate banking / consulting / research (B2B)
  • Strong ability:
