GIS DBA

<div><strong>Client: FL Government Agency</strong></div><div><strong>Position: GIS DBA </strong></div><div>T<strong>erm: ASAP - June 2</strong></div><div><strong>Pay: $65/Hr - $67/Hr</strong></div><div><strong>Work Authorization:  MUST be USC or GC holder no other visa status will be accepted for an application</strong></div><div><strong>Location: On Site - Tallahassee, FL 32301&nbsp;</strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Education:&nbsp;</strong>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Experience:</strong></div><div><strong>The candidate must have skills and five (5) years combined experience in database administration for the following database platforms:&nbsp;</strong></div><div>• Must have experience with GIS and spatial databases (specifically PostgreSQL and Oracle)</div><div>• Must have experience SQL Server 2012 and above</div><div>• Must have experience Oracle 19c and above&nbsp;</div><div>• Experience with managing ArcGIS for Server, ArcGIS Enterprise, and cloud-hosted GIS services (e.g., ArcGIS Online, Azure GIS integrations).</div><div>• Experience with Azure SQL is a plus</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><div>• Daily operational and database administration activities&nbsp;</div><div>• Plan, design, implement, support for database structures&nbsp;</div><div>• Conduct database performance monitoring and tuning&nbsp;</div><div>• Develop and maintain database administration procedures and documentation&nbsp;</div><div>• Perform SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL Code reviews&nbsp;</div><div>• Assist with training/mentoring other technical staff This resource may also be required to perform other database or infrastructure activities as requested&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>
