Responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads mainly online (but not limited to) and take care of the existing clients.

• Create proposals and quotations for potential clients inquiring about quality assurance (software testing; manual testing, automation, AI), software development (incl. SES) projects in English.

• Coordinate with account managers, project facilitators, and in-house engineers and onboard clients if it requires technical support.

• Convey necessary information to clients such as technical capabilities, milestones and resource allocation based on project requirements.

• Be willing to learn new technologies related to software testing and development.

Notes: • For the nature of work, early morning or late-night meetings may be required due to different time zones (overtime payment shall be applied for accordingly).


Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in sales.

• Professional English that facilitate in negotiating with native speakers.

• Conversational Japanese.


Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration and related fields.

• Experience in global sales.

• Experience in software outsourcing.

• 5 years of experience in sales.

• JLPT N2 and above.

• TOEIC 900 or equivalent.
