Company: Government Municipality located in Tampa, FL region

Position: Senior GIS Application Analyst – Cloud Application Analyst Contract-to-Hire (6 month contract)

Pay: $50/Hr through contract period conversion salary $100K-$110K

Location: In the State of FL with occasional travel to Tampa

Work Authorization: USC or GC holder

Experience:

• Ability to manage ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro). 
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Esri GIS servers and related applications on-premises and in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure). 
• Analyze and optimize Esri GIS server performance, manage resources, and perform routine maintenance tasks. 
• Ensure high availability and reliability of Esri GIS services through effective load balancing, highly available architecture, and failover strategies. 
• Deploy and configure AWS/Azure cloud environments.

Desired Experience:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Arcade, Python, or any program languages. 

Desired Certifications:

GISP, ITIL, PMP, Esri Certified, AWS Certified, Azure Certified

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Esri GIS servers hosted on-premises and in the cloud.
• Need to combine technical expertise in GIS systems with cloud computing knowledge. 
• Strong knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro) required to manage the County’s 100+ GIS servers.
• Deploy and manage ArcGIS Enterprise Portal with federated ArcGIS Server Sites. 
• Adress and resolve complex work issues that employees are unable to handle.
• with customers to determine hardware, software, and system functional requirements to maintain operations and production, as well as achieve business objectives.
