Company:&nbsp;Government Municipality located in Tampa, FL regionPosition:&nbsp;Senior GIS Application Analyst – Cloud Application Analyst Contract-to-Hire (6 month contract)Pay:&nbsp;$50/Hr through contract period conversion salary $100K-$110KLocation:&nbsp;In the State of FL with occasional travel to TampaWork Authorization:&nbsp;USC or GC holder&nbsp;Experience:<ul><li>Ability to manage&nbsp;ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro).&nbsp;</li><li>Deploy, configure, and maintain&nbsp;Esri&nbsp;GIS servers and related applications&nbsp;on-premises&nbsp;and&nbsp;in cloud environments (e.g.,&nbsp;AWS, Azure).&nbsp;</li><li>Analyze and&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;Esri&nbsp;GIS&nbsp;server performance, manage resources,&nbsp;and&nbsp;perform routine maintenance tasks.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure high availability and reliability of&nbsp;Esri&nbsp;GIS services through effective load balancing,&nbsp;highly available&nbsp;architecture,&nbsp;and failover&nbsp;strategies.&nbsp;</li><li>Deploy and configure AWS/Azure cloud environments.</li></ul>&nbsp;Desired Experience:<ul><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript,&nbsp;Arcade, Python,&nbsp;or any program languages.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Desired Certifications: GISP, ITIL, PMP,&nbsp;Esri Certified,&nbsp;AWS Certified, Azure Certified&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and maintain&nbsp;Esri&nbsp;GIS servers hosted&nbsp;on-premises&nbsp;and in the cloud. </li><li>Need to combine technical&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in GIS systems with cloud computing knowledge.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro)&nbsp;required&nbsp;to&nbsp;manage the&nbsp;County’s 100+ GIS servers. </li><li>Deploy and manage ArcGIS&nbsp;Enterprise&nbsp;Portal&nbsp;with federated ArcGIS Server Sites.&nbsp;</li><li>Adress and resolve complex work issues that employees are unable to handle. </li><li>with customers to&nbsp;determine&nbsp;hardware, software, and system functional requirements to&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;operations and production, as well as achieve business&nbsp;objectives. </li></ul>
