About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .Net Lead to join our dynamic team within the Wealth Management domain. This role is crucial for leading the development and maintenance of our trading API and related systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Banking and Financial Services, with a deep understanding of trading, equity, bonds, payment processing systems, regulatory compliance, risk and fraud systems, and financial data security standards. As a .Net Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. You will also collaborate closely with other teams, including product management, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of our applications. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of .Net developers in the design, development, and maintenance of trading APIs and related systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with product management, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest .Net technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our technology platform.
  • Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategies, aligning with business objectives.
  • Work with AWS services such as Glue, EKS, SQS, Lambda, and EC2 to build and deploy cloud-based solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial data security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in .Net development, with a focus on trading API development.
  • Strong experience with Banking and Financial Services domain.
  • Deep understanding of trading, equity, bonds, payment processing systems, regulatory compliance (e.g., AML, KYC), risk and fraud systems, and financial data security standards.
  • Proficiency in .Net Framework, .Net Core, C#, and related technologies.
  • Experience with AWS services such as Glue, EKS, SQS, Lambda, and EC2.
  • Experience with Angular for front-end development.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Additional Information

Preferred qualifications include an AWS Certification (Solutions Architect/Developer – Associate) and experience working with large financial institutions.
