As an SME, the candidate will provide authoritative guidance on best practices and solutions, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of NetSuite ERP.</div><div>The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, proven experience in NetSuite implementation, and the ability to provide technical and functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><strong>Project Planning and Execution:</strong></div><div>• Lead the planning and execution of NetSuite ERP projects from initiation to completion.</div><div>• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.</div><div>• Manage project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet changing requirements.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>SME Responsibilities:</strong></div><div>• Serve as the in-house expert on NetSuite functionalities, configurations, and integrations.</div><div>• Advise stakeholders on NetSuite best practices, system enhancements, and optimization opportunities.</div><div>• Provide insights and recommendations on customizing NetSuite to meet unique business needs.</div><div>• Conduct workshops and training sessions to upskill team members and end-users.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Stakeholder Communication:</strong></div><div>• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and vendors.</div><div>• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.</div><div>• Conduct regular status meetings and deliver comprehensive project updates.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Team Coordination:</strong></div><div>• Guide cross-functional teams, including IT, finance and operations.</div><div>• Oversee the work of functional and technical consultants, ensuring quality and accuracy.</div><div>• Mentor and support junior team members in understanding NetSuite processes and configurations.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Risk and Issue Management:</strong></div><div>• Identify and manage project risks, escalating critical issues when necessary.</div><div>• Develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Budget and Resource Management:</strong></div><div>• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery.</div><div>• Optimize resource allocation and track utilization throughout the project lifecycle.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Quality Assurance and Documentation:</strong></div><div>• Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure successful project outcomes.</div><div>• Maintain thorough documentation, including configuration changes, user guides, and training materials.</div><div>• Lead post-implementation evaluations and lessons learned sessions.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><div>• Bachelor's degree in information technology or business administration, or a related field.</div><div>• PMP or relevant project management certification preferred.</div><div>• NetSuite certifications like Suite-Foundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant are highly desirable.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Experience:</strong></div><div>• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on NetSuite ERP implementations.</div><div>• Demonstrated experience as an SME in NetSuite ERP, with expertise in configuration, customization, and optimization.</div><div>• Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects concurrently.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></div><div>• Advanced knowledge of NetSuite modules</div><div>• Understanding with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.</div><div>• Hands-on experience with NetSuite customization and integration.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></div><div>• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.</div><div>• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.</div><div>• Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.</div><div>• Strong organizational and time management skills.</div>
