Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's export business.</li><li>Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.</li><li>Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.</li><li>Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our tyre products and communicate their features and benefits to customers.</li><li>Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.</li><li>Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics and production, to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the tyre industry or a similar sector, with a focus on exports.</li><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li></ul> Skills:<ul><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.</li></ul> Language: Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
