− In charge of a product team developing highly complex products with the potential to create significant impact for the company.

− Deeply optimize current business products using a data-driven approach.

− Build, train, and manage the personnel within the product team.

− Proficient in English reading and writing skills.

− Experience working at major tech companies such as IBM, Google, Amazon, FPT, Momo, banks, or other large global technology firms is an advantage.

− Possesses strong knowledge, experience, and a highly rigorous, creative, and logical working methodology, proven through past work and achievements.

− Able to proactively execute from idea to concrete product, or independently propose product ideas.

− Capable of managing the entire product development and optimization cycle, including resource allocation.

− Experienced in recruiting, training, and developing team personnel.
