Job Title: CEO – FMCG Manufacturing

Function: Operations

Job purpose: The role is to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence in driving the

growth and success of our rapidly expanding FMCG start-up in Myanmar, a proud

member of our client's company. The CEO will be responsible for realizing our

vision to become the leading FMCG company, renowned for innovation and

customer satisfaction. By leveraging extensive experience in FMCG manufacturing,

marketing, and branding, the CEO will spearhead strategies that deliver high-quality

products, foster innovation, and enhance the lives of our customers, while driving

sustainable growth in the Southeast Asian region.


Core Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion.

 Lead and oversee all operations, including manufacturing, marketing, and branding.

 Build organizational capabilities to sustain growth, enhance operational efficiency, and foster talent

development.

 Innovate and launch new brands, ensuring their success in competitive market.

 Responsible for achieving key performance metrics such as revenue growth, market share

expansion, and operation efficiency

 Collaborate with the leadership of company to align with overall corporate strategy and

leverage synergies.

 Cultivate a strong company culture that promotes excellence, innovation, and accountability.

 Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal

teams.


Qualification Experience:

 Minimum 15 years in leadership roles in FMCG manufacturing, marketing, and branding, with a

strong focus on South East Asia.

 Proven track record of successful in scaling businesses and launching new brands in competitive

markets.

 Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams to achieve ambitious goals.

 In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and business operations in South East

Asia.

 Ability to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive sustainable growth.

Preferred Skills:

 Expertise in building and managing high-performance teams.

 Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and P&L.

 Experience in digital marketing and leveraging technology for brand growth.
