Company:&nbsp;Government ConsultingPosition: IT Project Manager (Sr)Pay:&nbsp;$131KLocation: 100% ON SITE - Columbia, SCTravel Requirements<ul><li>Occasional CONUS TDY travel for meetings and training</li><li>Occasional OCONUS TDY travel to the CENTCOM AoR, including Al Udeid AB, Qatar</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Secret clearance</li><li>BS in related field AND 5 or more years’ relevant experience; or 7 or more years’ relevant experience.</li><li>Project Management Tools experience</li><li>PMP or equivalent</li><li>ITIL Foundation Certification - Preferred</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Overseeing and managing information systems and technology projects throughout their lifecycle</li><li>Develop detailed project plans, outlining resources (personnel, materials, funding), schedules, and other necessary information for successful project execution.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with project leads to tailor the project plan, ensuring alignment with specific resource constraints (manpower, time, budget).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor and track project resource requests, including Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Statements of Work (SOWs).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Manage and assist in coordinating IT contracts with external and local contracting offices for acquiring necessary materials, equipment, and services.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a master list of equipment and materials for each project to ensure standardization across the enterprise.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Track and maintain an enterprise-wide licensing inventory for software purchases, renewals, and upgrades.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize AFCENT-approved project management tools and information portals to provide access to project status, data, and documentation.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Generate detailed reports and presentations to assist senior leaders in strategic planning and decision-making.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Capture and disseminate project data through the web, making it accessible to end-users and local agencies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a file plan and archive project-related data following Air Force and local directives.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate project tasks and support activities with internal and external agencies, including personnel deployments and material acquisition.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Train NOSC personnel on the use of project management tools.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Track project effectiveness, resource utilization, and execution; provide recommendations for improvement.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Manage and coordinate the acquisition of project resources, including documentation, licensing, hardware, and software.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Document projects in web and archive formats for historical and audit purposes.</li></ul>
