Position Title AGM - OperationsReporting To GM OperationsDirect Reports 2Location - Mumbai Position Summary• The Key accounts Manager provides operational advice and support to operation in case of required.• The position has overall responsibility for controlling the Operational, Financial, Accounting and Administrative activities of the customer. Reporting Relationships and Key InteractionsThis stream is responsible for HUL customer. The position of Key accounts Manger reports to the Country Manager - India. Internal:▪ Key Accounts Manager – Financial advice and strategy and operational problems▪ Regional BD Managers and Site Managers – financial performance, advice and proposals▪ National Manager IT – Systems support External:▪ Customer – proposals and commercial problems▪ Contractors – Labour, security, housekeeping Key Accountabilities Process • Provides proactive and appropriate advice to managers on budgeting and financial matters.• Provides advice regarding strategic direction and Operational management support to Regional and Site Managers. Customers • Supports the business development process within the Account through the provision of timely advice and support.• Provides financial advice and assist in presentations on new business proposals.• Supports to customer presentations. Finance • Ensures management is aware of the accurate financial performance of the stream via the timely preparation and analysis of financial reports and forecasting.• Ensures budgets are prepared and reflect commercial realities.• Ensures management (and staff) understand financial reports and their implications.• Monitors financial performance and debtor control• Prepares financial analysis for business developments and proposals• Assists in the audit process People • Supports with HUL Site/Shift Managers to implement strategies that resolve KAM related - operational, industrial or other personnel issues and problems in a manner that minimizes disruption to the operations.• Ensures enough levels of adequately trained and developed staff to meet the needs of the business. Experience • Graduate/ Post Graduate qualification in an appropriate Business discipline.• Min 10 years of experience Operations &amp; Key account management• Accounting or related degree• Membership of a professional body• Significant experience in commerce• Clear understanding of accounting standards and regulations• Familiarity with spreadsheet/accounting software• Transport experience useful but not essential• Strong communication skills• Ability to work well in a team• Good strategic perspective Measures of Results • Timely and accurate information and advice• Management understanding of financial implications
