Lead
Job Summary:
As a Chocolate Technical
Lead, you have the opportunity to collaborate with engineering, quality control, research and development, and
production teams to ensure smooth and efficient chocolate production. You will oversee production processes,
troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and ensure high-quality output while optimizing
efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- To guide production
teams to ensure smooth operation and meet production objectives required.
- Ensure compliance
with safety, quality, and hygiene standards (GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC).
- Optimize production
parameters to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all chocolate lines.
- Collaborate with
R&D and Quality teams to implement new recipes, process improvements, and product
innovations.
- Provide technical
training and mentorship to operators and line workers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to
perform efficiently.
- Troubleshoot
equipment and machinery issues and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Monitor process
parameters (e.g., temperature, mixing times, humidity levels) to ensure optimal production
conditions.
- Analyze production
data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain accurate
technical documentation, SOPs, and process guidelines for all procedures.
Required Qualifications
and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in
Food Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in
chocolate manufacturing or a similar technical leadership role.
- Knowledge of
chocolate production processes, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong understanding
of quality management systems (e.g., GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC).
- Problem-solving and
troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to
communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS
Office and production management software (preferred).
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Experience in a
similar leadership role within a chocolate or industrial food production environment.
- Knowledge of process
automation and optimization techniques.
- Ability to drive
continuous improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.
Location: Bang-Wua, Chachoengsao, Thailand
Time: 8:30 am. - 5:30 pm.
