About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Engineer to join our growing team. As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our data infrastructure, ensuring the efficient and reliable flow of data across our organization. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into robust and scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement data pipelines and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse and other data stores.
  • Build and maintain data models, schemas, and metadata to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Develop and implement data quality checks and monitoring systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the data engineering field.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with data pipeline tools such as Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
